New X5 is due in Greece in March for the 4,8 and the 3 littre in June.According to a BMW dealer there is a panic with orders,too many clients have ordered one.In March, 15 4,8s were expected but BMW AG because of the high demand globally accepted 7 cars for Greece for this month.

I sure that to cure that you need only to look at the 911.

Sometimes after X6 launch. Eg. a year after.

Mind that BMW positioned E70 X5 differently (more towards luxury side) due upcoming X6. X6 will be a sporty & performance vehicle, while X5 is more luxury & off-roadish kind a vehicle.

BMW know many potential X6 customers will come from current E53 X5 4.8is owner base. Launching performance version of E70 X5 before X6 launch might jeopardize X6 initial sales.

But in July E70 M-package is coming. Perhaps in US 2008 X5 with Sport package will come with M-package standard. This M-package will add some serious aggressive look to X5.

Awwwwwwww Enschede! My buddy and I used to roll up to the Holland Casino when I lived back in Osnabrueck. I really miss that town. It's like... you cross the Dutch boarder and suddenly everybody has a good disposition.
