Don't think so. If it's water-based paint and the owners acts quickly a body repair garage could clean the car. Oil based paint could require stronger chemicals to remove the paint.

If the car had regularly been waxed, acetone or varnish remover might not leave the paint looking dull.
 
There was also supertest of DBS in sport auto if anyone has scans...

The retrofit is aftermarket but helps take age of the dated and horrible infotainment. Both the Virage and DBS have dropped to attainable prices in the UK.
