You’ve done well to get a car that’s closest to what you wanted. At 1 mil you’re typically talking pre-owned 20d GLC / X3 territory so your GLE is a big step up from that. 400d six pot is a dream. Steel springs are far better for SA roads if you’re looking to keep the car for a long time. Your 21” rims might not survive the potholes unscathed but your suspension will.

Yes for sues I think i got a great deal i do know the owner at NMI so I guess it helps

Honestly u can not compare them the GLE is in another league

I understand the appeal of having both, the GLC is much more practical in the city.

Million percent especially that motor

I like my GLC also

The GLC plus is the fuel economy
The Informat system is more advanced 2023 model apples to my 2020 GLE

The car feels a tad nippier

The rest I’ll take a GLE everyday of the week over a GLC but lucky I have both lol

If I was not in SA I would have a GLE and maybe a C class but with roads the GLC makes more sense

It’s a lovely Vehicle and I think @Mick Briesgau has same motor on his S class he could say more


I love the engine a brand new one is more than double the price … so with 50 thousand kilos and extra plan it was too good for me to refuse
