What an ass. How much is the damage going to cost to repair? Was the radio an original Becker or an aftermarket accessory?

Because of the money I am hurt , I need to fix this before the sales so eaven with paing the extra dam'n costs for new window and radio/CD I will probably earn $100 instead of $1250 - that hurts!

I do not know the exact cost's for the moment.. but I am attending work later on and the Merc dealer is right across the street from Audi, and I know a guy working there so, cheap parts from the Merc dealer and the Audis guys at work will repair it.. but it will cost money for sure.. so it's a loss either way.

The Radio was no orginal - it was replaced 3-4 months ago. a cheap on you can buy for about $100. Maybe I should replace it with a original ? I do not know maybe the buyer have a radio allready.. I am not 100% sure of anything.. Will ask the "pro's" for help (Merc dealer/Audi dealer (work) )

I think the original radio might be "less appealing" to car thiefs who probably are more interested in modern, more capable radios. Do you know by any chance what the original radio of your 230CE was? Becker?

I must say I was devestated when I saw this, the first thing in the moring..
I could not belive it.. My first Benz, only one and a half week old in my private area.. But now I know more than yesterday morning!

BUT I can't keep it in that condition if I am in charge.. first no garage.. (allways been in a garage (the 3 other owners).
I am 18 sometimes you drive like an idiot.. This car is just cruise for show, mostly a car nr. 2 .. if the next owner keeps it very vell.. I think this will fit perfectly at the Mercedes Benz museum!

But for me because for the moment I just need a A to B car from home to school this is way to cool and the thiefs want it badly!

I will by a new Benz I think, 95 or newer C klass (white)
But I thank you and take it as an compliment you say it's a pitty that I will sell this car.. Cause I 100% agree with you!

I can really understand why you want to sell the car again. This car is just to "valuable" for only going from A to B! But nevertheless, it is sad, that you can not keep it.
I would immediately buy it of your hands, when I would have the money...

No problem finding it out what radio but I do not know at this very moment.
I found out that only the back window orignal from Mercedes-Benz (ordered today) costed much 4 000,- NOK then it's the radio 1000,- NOK and the console needs to be replaced as well.. I do not know the cost for that but this is more than I expected so now I think the ensurance company have to fix the last payment..
