Vs Motor Trend - War of the Worlds: ZR1 vs GT2 vs 599 vs GT-R

Now I got you curious. How much are you willing to pay me to know a dirty little secret.

Strewth no, I'd never pay you for that. It's bad enough debating about cars with you. Now you want to tell me about the dirty little secrets that run around in your mind? Thanks - maybe another time.

PS I have a Paypal account

Super! Congrats... :t-cheers:

Ok, its your loss .
Ps has Ty recieved your idol posters of you yet and your underwear with the signature "I was here! --->" ?

Maybe , but lets turn it around, if Porsche knew more about the upcoming GTR they would make the GT2 a better car than its now.
Maybe Nissan has a secret formula how to built better sportscars than Porsche, I dont know.

Anyway , Monster, you are taking me to another direction, you naughty boy. :D My originial post meant, GT2 would be the best seller.

:D Well we will find out how much better the GT2 is, post GTR, when Porsche launch the facelift version in 1.5 years time.

And yeah, the GT2 will outsell the GTR if both cost the same.

Rubbish! :D In the immortal words of Doc Bones to Captain Kirk: "Dammit Jim, what the hell's the matter with you?"

There's very little wrong with the GT-R's functional, high-tech interior.

Some interesting points; even if the GT-R costs, say, $85,000, it's a frakking epic achievement at the price. It is substantially slower that the other 3 when it comes to speed in the higher gears. But, still - an amazing car. And now a definitive frame of reference by which other supercars and GTs ought to be judged.

The ZR-1's time to 160 km/h - 6.9s - unbelievable.

I meant the ZR-1 my continental neighbor:D

Thanks bro, but I knew that - see my response to warot some posts back. My bad. I worded my response poorly.

What should've been said is this:
There's very little wrong, however, with the GT-R's functional, high-tech interior

Again, I question the relevance of your smutty insinuations and derogatory remarks on a public board. Look, we've known each other for years but don't you recognise that this crosses the line? Why get so personal? Please point out the exact comment in this thread that sent on this course of personal insult?

Having Martin for my idol on this board because of his great knowledge about cars and automotive world overall is nothing to be ashamed of and i think you'll agree with me on that.;)

I was laughing about that particular joke and i'm sorry if you got offended by it, but mind you, your reaction was a little bit uncalled for, therefore

Me offended? Hardly, I have tougher skin than that unlike some other else.

Understood your point, now move on. This is not a vent thread, you know where is that one.

First Place: Chevrolet Corvette ZR1

Class-shattering power, race-car handling grip, monster brakes, and sweet control inputs leave even the bluebloods in this Chevy's wake.

Second Place: Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

Costs huge, but delivers huge, too. Still one of the planet's finest sports cars. And when it comes to sex appeal, forget it: The Ferrari is the only one you'd choose for a date with Gisele Bundchen.

-------------------

Yeah, my two favorite cars in first and second spot..

Out of these two I`d still pick the ZR1, Like Just-me this is one of my favorites!:bowdown:

I wonder how the Corvette ZR1 would hold up against the Mercedes SLR.
The SLR managed to pull the lungs out of the Ferrari 599 quit easily from a rolling start to an all out drag race!
