Schumi's house in Gland (at the lake of Geneva), Switzerland is finally ready ! It's a real paradise and in spring next year the family is planning to move into their € 40 million / £ 28.55 million / $ 58.99 million worth new home.
This is the villa itself:
There are four floors (the basement included) build on 2200 square meters. The living room on the ground level is obviously huge, as is the kitchen which has an XXL size (40 square meters). In the little tower on the topfloor there's one of the 8 bedrooms. Furthermore there are 5 bathrooms, a cinema (30 seats), a sauna area with a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and a 20 meter swimming pool and then obviously there's a whole wing for all of Schumacher's trophees !
The details of the surrounding area (with a picture made at the time of the building still going on, so not everything is completed) :
1 There's a 200 meter long private beach. Next to it is a landing stage for boats. Under the villa there's a garage for Schumacher's boat, his jet ski's and wakeboard.
2 With the many cars he owns, an own fuelling station can't be missing (with two fuel pomps: one for diesel and one for super lead free). There's space for 6000 liters of fuel.
3 This 400 square meter house (villa better) is for his guests and his staff. Under the house there's a garage with space for 25 cars (Ferrari's, Maserati's Jeeps, etc.)
4 Conterminous to the forest area, there's a golf course called Club du Domaine Impérial.
5 There's a big natural swimming pool build next to big rocks. The pool has shallow parts for children (1 meter deep). Next to it is a launch area with reclining chairs.
6 Obviously a football field couldn't be missing and two goals have been placed in the field which is a helicopter landing spot at the same time.
Where's the kart track?
Why would it be so secret? Because Ferrari would be upset if he does not only drive Ferraris? You can't keep Schumi away from what is arguably the better sportcar ever made!
i remember Mika Hakkinen bought a 360 a few years ago. 1999 or 2000 i think, u won't believe me, but Ron Dennis actually forced him to sell it off!
I don't like this house a single bit. What's with the princess tower at the backside of the right wing? Is Shumi retiring soon or what, because it looks like the type of house 60-70 years old business giants build when they feel like they just want to fall back.
The architecture of the house is not attractive either. I hope he's planning on having many children or dogs, or else all that land is useless.
This house shows that he's taste is estates and design is just as bad as his taste in clothes.
