Mercedes C350 Sport Sedan

Congrats Jack on yet another fantastic car. The C is a head turner with the AMG pack and those lovely 18'' rims. Is it my eyes or did you chose not to get the full leather interior trim? I find it hard to believe such an item is optional on the top range C-class.

Thanks...

Yup... leather is an option! I selected from stock at the Port when I found out Tele Aid (also optional) was not on many of the dealers cars. So I got everything I wanted except for leather. The Tex is pretty nice and is perforated which helps the look. Not a deal breaker on this car.

MB Tex is the world's best non-leather seat covering, durable as hell and in C-Class most people can't tell it isn't leather anyway. It is nearly as luxurious as the leather option in the C-Class.

The seats are fine not being leather, but where the leather option really adds something to the C is on the door panels. In standard trim the door panels look a little cheap. With the leather trim it is a def upgrade, especially with the stitching...

Oh I'm sure, but I've never even seen the leather option in a W204, only the W203. If that is the case then it may be worth the price. I did see a loaded W203 C350 Sport once with leather, it was a different car full optioned.

Love the double-jointed hood. Mercedes' are still full of little design/engineering features.
