So apparently the way that thing works is below 3000rpm it has cross-plane exhaust pulses, and above 3000rpm (i.e when it needs power) it goes back to flat plane exhaust pulses. Neat system.
Look at this spec.My personal perception of how"A Quintessential Mercedes-Benz Sedan" should look*:

*= AI altered color of paint.
The proportions of the body's architecture and the surfacing of the sheetmetal, the tension achieved make the statement. Devoid of all and any senseless, tacked- or pasted-on kitsch. Tacked-on afterthough trash is nothing more than an insecure response to a nagging suspicion that "something is missing"-often when that is not at all the case.
Hopefully true. Reviews were not amazing. Also, rumors are E Performance is RIP.

I really wish we could turn the page from the constant sky is falling.

The transition between electric and ice and vice versa isn’t seamless. What reviews are you talking about? The S63e performance was stupendous for such a car.

i wonder how much HP will this S63 FL have…700hp maybe? The transition between electric and ice and vice versa isn’t seamless.
That’s not the experience you want in a model that’s meant to be the pinnacle of Mercedes. Power delivery should be consistent. The facelift would be better off with a V8TT.
Not a major complaint in any review I’ve seen. The transition between electric and ice and vice versa isn’t seamless.

-StraightPipes and Cars South Africa mentioned that gearbox can be lurchy. Not a major complaint in any review I’ve seen.

All can be fixed. Not major things that warrant dumping the system is my point. You seem to think that cars are perfect and get no complaints about anything from anyone. I would dump the system for weight and cost not what you’re talking about.-StraightPipes and Cars South Africa mentioned that gearbox can be lurchy.
-Autocar mentioned that the boost bt the electric motor kicks in inconsistently.
-Carwow found the brake-regen to be jerky.
-Autoexpress had experience of brakes to be grabby.
-Mobil 1 mentioned that the car becomes very smooth............................once you deleted the battery and let the V8 work on its on.
However I don't know whether these are software related issues that have been remedied in the most recent model year.
