Not that we’re downplaying BMW’s achievements or anything…But what’s the hype about the M3 Touring 24H? it’s just like the M4 GT3 EVO but in a wagon form since well…the rear is not fuctional? After the excitement you felt driving the M3 station wagon race car, you need to change something.![]()
I mean it'd be the same as any racecar based on a hatchback. Cage in the back, no rear seats, and as much weight removed as physically possible. Not that we’re downplaying BMW’s achievements or anything…But what’s the hype about the M3 Touring 24H? it’s just like the M4 GT3 EVO but in a wagon form since well…the rear is not fuctional?
Anyone please correct me if i’m wrong.
We’ll see…i see so many people are downplaying Mercedes on how it’s not doing cool stuff like that as if that car is gonna be for sale to anybody, it’s a one-offI mean it'd be the same as any racecar based on a hatchback. Its probably just a bit heavier than an M4 GT3. Maybe the extra weight over the rear might help weight balance? Who knows.
March 26 (GT Track Sport)AMG tease something!

Yup apparently. So you’re saying that we’ll get two new Mercedes models in one week? The Maybach and the AMG GT Track Sport on the 24th and 26th respectively?

I think it will be track only, but some design cues might end up on the next Black Series (if there will be one of course). Will this "Track Sport" have a production version for the public? Or is it a pure racing version to be sold to pilots?
Might be a limited/low volume run to homologate the next generation GT3 carI think it will be track only, but some design cues might end up on the next Black Series (if there will be one of course).
What a mess! 3 or 4 types of batteries. 6 different power outputs. They don't learn anything.Mercedes C-Class EQ World Premiere End of April 2026.

Was it a problem when you used to have different displacement engines and power outputs for both petrol and diesel? What a mess! 3 or 4 types of batteries. 6 different power outputs. They don't learn anything.

I think the Track Sport will be part of the Black Series range. Besides, when they first teased the car, it had road-going tyres. As @AbsoluteUnit said, I'm betting on a limited series based on the next generation of GT racing cars. In any case, we'll find out more on 26 March.Might be a limited/low volume run to homologate the next generation GT3 car
