Hot! Mercedes-Benz, What's Next?

How small is it gonna be? Looks really tiny.
Plus, is it gonna have off-road capabilities like the original G, or is it just a gimmicky cash-grab model for the brand?

Guys, the truth is one, car manufacturers do not risk proposing innovative models, so much so that Mercedes and BMW are proposing or will propose 60s style radiator grilles, this is yet another proof that there are no more ideas

Being small doesn't mean it can't be off-road ready. The entire reason the car is popular is because it as capable as it is.

I hope it is a great offroader. And being electric, as proven by the G580eq, is not going to hamper off-road performance.

Question is, will it have space for a hybrid set up.

That’s literally the point. It would be so ridiculous if it didn’t have any off-road capabilities and got called “g”

People these days buy the G-Class for its style, not its off-road capability. Mercedes understands this, and that's why they want to offer a G-Class look that's highly marketable to those without the money. Their goal, of course, is to make money

Still it would be stupid if it had no capability.
Though I think with it's design it would be nearly impossible.
As an EV, it doesn't even need locking diffs for off-road torque vectoring.

That’s looks ready for reveal. It will likely have a 4-cylinder too. An I6 version would be really nice.
