Hot! Mercedes-Benz, What's Next?

Trending discussions, standout car designs, major automotive developments, industry shifts, reviews, and topics generating strong community interest.
You quite clearly didn't get the gist of the conversation. We are not praising anything, we were giving examples on how a facelift can change proportions. It's really not that hard, and you don't have to change the narrative for the lulz of it.

Also, a heavy facelift is a sign of acting to market reception. Mercedes quite clearly doesn't reflect, and if they do it's the wrong way because all their facelifts are disgusting lately.

I talked about praising extensive facelifts in a separate paragraph as a stray observation of this forum lately. You’re too busy being defensive to seemingly appreciate conversation flow, which is allowed in threads. The only lulz here is you calling that “changing the narrative.”

More evidence of you being unnecessarily defensive is your comment about Mercedes. Who cares? Was that supposed to rile me up? I like BMWs and Mercedes and own models from both. And if you really want to be serious about it, automakers also do facelifts to update the styling to harmonize with the rest of their lineup, not just market reception.
