Hot! Mercedes-Benz, What's Next?

Gentlemans

Is it true that the GLC is faster than the iX3. 4.9Sec compared to 4.3Sec.

I am a little bit surprised TBH.

Hasn't BMW proven to be a notorious bul$hitter over and over again when it comes to official acceleration figures? (E.g. the i4 M50 does the 0-60mph in 3.3s instead of the claimed 3.7s). The iX3 should get that figure down to 4.5s.

I think this is the top one. They will probably show less powerful, cheaper versions as well, alongside the AMG version. I remember seeing the spy shots of it.

The basic spec interior with three screens behind shiny black bezel is going to be funny. Why? Because you're going to have to pay extra to use the passenger screen that comes standard in the car. Don't pay? Don't use. LMAO.

(not a joke)

Tbh, Mercedes also lie with their 0-100kmph times. As do Porsche. I think all German cars are pessimistic of their acceleration times to account for variables they can't control. Like ambient temperature, road temperature, tire temperature, road surface quality, wet/dry/damp etc. So they want to make sure they can get the time quoted even in the worst possible circumstances.

Looks like there are 3 different options. First one is the regular, second one is the SuperScreen and third one is the HyperScreen with the one single piece.
They basically want you to pay more to get the full experience.

Can't attest to what other manufacturers are doing, but that's what the likes of Joe Achilles testing BMWs with timing equipment will sound like almost every single time: "As you can see, conditions aren't ideal, the road is slightly damp, we're on a typical British B road, the car isn't yet fully broken in, I'm 100kg, it's a full Moon, and yet here we are, half a second quicker than what BMW claim!"

Front looks great grille and all.

But this very grille on a sedan will make it look like an Audi single frame, and I thought we were nearing the end of that.

I mean the circled area. It seems to house a parking sensors but it looks like there is a chunk of grille missing there.

The whole illuminated part stops there simply because different countries/states have different sized license plates....or none at all in the front.

Now that I'm looking at it, it really does resemble the Audi single frame. What's next then, Audi to have kidney grilles or something? 🤣

I have a V-Class Diesel in red with beige interior, therefore I like red Mercedes Benzes.

With Night and AMG pack.
Wow, what a combo. We don’t get to see them in any other color besides black, and maybe dark grey.
One of our neighbors have the latest V-Class with the big lit up classical grille, and Maybach style monoblock wheels. It looks awesome.
Now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a V-Class with the AMG pack in real life.
