S-Class (W223) Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W223) Facelift

Added to Calendar: 01-29-26

The Mercedes-Benz W223 is the seventh generation of the S‑Class full-size luxury sedan, produced by Mercedes-Benz since 2020. It replaces the W222 S‑Class which had been produced since 2013. Body Styles: W223 (standard), V223 (long), Z223 (limousine, Mercedes-Maybach). Production: 2020- Model years: 2021-
What you report is not consistent with long term owners of the W223 on this forum.

What I’m writing are stories from our W223 customers – and in the last 6 years there have certainly been over 100 of them.
I have not yet sat in a single W223 that was solidly assembled inside and where at least something didn’t squeak, crack, or move… unfortunately.
I agree 110% with what the guy in the video is saying. The W223 is a disgrace to the S-Class name.

If any owner has had a different experience, I’m genuinely happy for them.
I just hope they’re not lying to themselves because they’re too embarrassed to admit the true 🙂

Unfortunately true. One of our family friends has a mint condition pre-facelift W222 and refuses to get the W223, lol.

YUP, This is the reality — and that’s exactly why I’m not going for the W223, even though in Germany I could get one for €1,000/month with no down payment… No way. Until they fix this disgrace, I’ll stick with old-school, or I’ll go for a Bentley or Porsche — the only two brands (besides Lexus and Genesis) that really have top-quality interior craftsmanship.

Jeez dude, new account but the same discourse? Could please go somewhere else to troll in peace?
