Did you have the holes for the spare wheel plugged up ? I guess the visibility on the rear camera, and weight of the door is much better without the spare ??

I'm not sure it is, how do you wrap the hinges ? Have a good quality wrap on our E 63 and even the door handles had to be painted for a good finish.
 
This is not wrapping, but painted.

The color is ibis white(Audi solid color).
