Headlines Mate Rimac unveils Bugatti Residences! And takes the Famous French Marque into new territories!

So basically if you add Porsche 45% partnership of Bugatti plus their 22% ownership of Rimac in truth they own 57% of Bugatti so they still the major shareholder lol. Clever strategies from VWAG group

Oh 110% they know what they were doing. When they float they'll cash in PLUS I believe the costs in majority for the Chiron replacement will obviously now be Mate's responsibility even if they paid initially.

I don't know how many weird men and arabs she influences can purchase any of the items she promotes.

That watch was released when VW had complete control

Who owns 75% of Porsche?

All, and I mean all roads lead to Porsche SE.

Percentages destined to earn more than any of the partners, to be able to comment on everything, (more than anything on the design, I would think), but relax and let Mate take care of it

Haha,I'm looking forward to seeing what Mr. rimac will do with the next Bugatti. Do any of the guys have any news?

Bugatti to expand Molsheim HQ to prepare for electric hypercar!

Firm says its upgraded facility will 'support the development of new models beyond the era of the Chiron'

Bugatti has confirmed plans to expand its headquarters in Molsheim, France, in an investment programme that, it says, will "support the development of new models beyond the era of the Chiron".

Among the planned site changes is the construction of a new two-storey building adjacent to the existing Atelier, where the Bugatti Chiron is assembled.

Set for construction during the second half of 2024, the building will occupy 2120 square metres and accommodate new staff and further development projects, including what Bugatti describes as its first "hypersports" model under the ownership of Rimac.

The new Bugatti model, already under development, is expected to draw on parent company Rimac's electric drivetrain expertise, with accelerative performance beyond that of the 1577bhp quad-turbocharged 8.0-litre W16 petrol-powered Chiron Super Sport.

The expansion of existing facilities will also support ongoing programmes such as the production of the Bolide and W16 Mistral, says Bugatti.

"The construction of this new building at our home in Molsheim is aligned with the brand and product expansion," said Christophe Piochon, president of Bugatti.

Bugatti has instigated a recruitment campaign to attract new employees. It aims to increase the workforce at Molsheim by 50% by the end of 2027."

OK massive developments!

Bugatti made a huge mistake by not building a luxury saloon, they could have built a 350 kph saloon it wouldn't have competed with RR or Bentley. Anyone with a Chiron or Veyron would have lapped up an family car from Bugatti.

There must have been something against it in the business case, the number of possible buyers despite the regular customers, or the cost of R&D, the concept presented a few years ago must have set the tone for them, I never liked that one in particular

Bugatti: If it's comparable it's no longer a Bugatti.🙂

He's a Genius and Germans aren't stupid. Porsche brokered the deal on his engineering and business skills and influence on the Bugatti Chiron replacement project. No one else could do it?~VAG?

He just wiped the floor with everyone on this planet and off it too with his own car and set just about every record that exists lap times apart- yet.

What you said isn't factual nor fair.

Respectfully disagree.
VAG doesn't need him or his startup.

What? No.

They did build one and it was glorious.

Yes they did. They contracted HIM from the earliest beginnings with the Bugatti Chiron Supersport replacement.

Absolutely all of it from A to Z and he'll be judged upon it.

Oliver Blume has gone on record as to what he thinks of their organisation. I mean they own massive chunks right?

And also VAG what? They weren't even at the Castle in Croatia in 2021 it was Porsche when the announcement was made. They'd handed everything over to them.

So you've got it slightly backwards. Anyway it's irrelevant now they are history.

Mate Rimac does not get the respect he deserves. But you know what? He doesn't care, he's done it.

He's the Genius. Not pen pushers elsewhere calculating percentages. Ofcourse it's important, so is everything else.

It's a pity Bugatti didn't build this either. If they electrified it it could made a decent RR Specter competitor.

The Galiber yes. Well Frank Heyl is the Director of Design now he's also a massive Porsche man!

From a recent event, this (picture/share) goes very high up in the ranks at Bugatti and they've got the blessings. Of course there's no reason they shouldn't but I no longer recognise anyone anymore.

They're course is set now, let's see the Bugatti Chiron Supersports replacement (batteries?).

Absolutely SICK specifications!

My only concern is Bugatti Washington is claiming this is a Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+? It isn't.
