It's ridiculous to claim speed records of tuned cars which likely never last more than 10.000 km.

Just curious marcei... where exactly did they actually claim to have achieved any 'record' ?
They publicised their time around the 'Ring to show just how much of improvement they've done to what once was an already outstanding trackcar. They haven't claimed to have smashed Pagani's latest time around the 'Ring (not that such a record is any less rediculous coz good luck finding LEGAL piece of road where you can drive like you can on the 'Ring).
The time is simply an objective and quantifiable means of comparison to what modifying an M3 CSL can do over the stock model.

I don't want to discuss the differences here, and it wasn't also my intention.
Beside that, the edo car from 2005 was registered / capable for road registration in Germany e.g. E marked road tyres, fuel & fuel pump and exhaust emission has been aproved. etc.pp. Anyway , both are heavily tuned , not very long lasting, cars.

Stating their goal is not by any stretch of imagination claiming any records. What you did, is raise a bogey man, knock it down and when questioned about it, come up with a very untenable answer. Pretty cheap stuff.
You're funny, what does their statement "hunting down CGT" mean, if not the intention to beat the CGT time? (and what is a bogey btw?)

Those are the times they aimed for. What do want them to do? Aim for the slowest times? I didn't see any thing from Loaded where they claimed the time they set (7:22) is a record of any sorts.

Sure, but Radical is way too different from those two; EDO and Loaded are tuners of stock cars - therefore they can compete with each other... Radical? No. It's time should be compared to Caparo's (if available/measured at all).

there is hot debate on the net about Radicals. People have different opinions about them. Some think its roadcar, others think not.
Whatever the case is, Radicals are faster.
