I don't think there was a thread like this in the Lexus section.

Lexus TZ
This today launch completely flew under the radar; I don't know if I'm just missing it or if nobody else is.
300 miles of range is embarrassing at this level and in this day and age, but oh well, design included, totally unremarkable in my opinion.

When Lexus announces a GX500d - then I'll start taking notice of them again. For the rest of the (non-TNGA) line-up, the brand is all but dead for me.

It comes with the V10 LFA sound available, that's like prostituting things

Finally a slight change for Lexus design language. The exterior surfacing is interesting in a positive way and I like that the cabin doesn’t look like a Toyota with a different badge.

The exterior design is certainly challenging for these 50 year old eyes, but the positive thing is it looks different to anything else on the road and from the front is recognizable as a Lexus, although I think the new models are not as good looking as the previous design language. Those Nike swish headlights and the large grill gave it loads of character but now its got too much body colour in the flat face grill. The doors and body work have some interesting surfacing. I dont like the rear design it looks too much like its influenced by Chinese cars with its thin full width light band. The interior at last for a Lexus looks really good with some interesting looking disappearing switches on the dash and the screen looks finally to have a decent interface and graphics.

I really like this one. Inside and out.

A very pleasing alternative to the mainstream overdone German large SUV‘s.
