according to this article Lamborghini is recalling all 200 Gallardos built from September 2005 to February 2006. All owners have been notified via personal mail. The reason for the recall is a possible suspension failure in case of a crash.

Retraction 200 roughly Gallardo that has been manufactured by the Septe'vrjo 2005 until February of fetejni's year announced the Automobili Lamborghini. Cause is problem in the contacts of suspension that can lead to loss of control of car and to likely accident.

The householders of cars were informed with personal letters on 28 February 2006 for the problem.



The control of cars and the replacement of contacts become with expenses of company.

what would they mean by incase of a crash? it dose not sound like the suspension will brake though during normal driving

This is bad IMO... a car that price should not have major faults like that.

which means that the suspension failure can lead to loosing the control of the car, and/or to a crash.
