WHAT?? does it weigh 1000Kg´s only.. that sounds sick.. i cant belive it almost.. and did the CCR only weight 1200kg roughly.. if so the CCR should be faster around the ring than the zonda.. otherwise something is real wrong with that car..

Ye, leftlanenews.com said it would weigh 2200ibs, and that equals -1000kg. Yep, it would in that case prorobly demolish the Zonda. A 100% carbon fibre Zonda F CS would kick it's but tough.

the clutch is the smallest problem. Its more important that the engine is reliable.

It's quite hard for an engine to be reliable when it serves up 171bhp/Liter. That is more than some racecars!

Not to spoil the party here but just because this car is rediculously light (makes a Carrera GT look fat) doesn't mean that it's going to be fast in more than a straight line or even in a straight line. With such a low weight and that much power, you had better hope the suspension and tires are up for the job. You've got to be able to actually use all that power, other wise it's useless and actually very dangerous. I hope this car has some serious downforce.

Koenigsegg CCX goes for top speed title with 900bhp!

You would think that when a company like Bugatti builds a $1 million super-duper car like the Veyron that the top speed title would sit pretty for awhile. The fact that the Veyron's terminal velocity is already being contested is proof positive that the supercar segment is once again healthy enough to support some friendly competition.

Perhaps the only production car in the world that won't resign its life to the rearview mirror of the Veyron will be this car, the Koenigsegg CCX that debuts in Geneva next week.

David Naylor received some inside info on the CCX that reveals Koenigsegg is aiming for 900bhp and a top speed greater than 400 kmh, or 248.5 mph. The Bugatti Veyron has been clocked around 407 kmh, or 252.9 mph, so the Koenigsegg will have to pull a few extra ticks out of its pocket if it hopes to match the current king of the hill.

What kind of answer is that? Just because it might not (but we don't know yet) beat Zonda on track - to hell with it! C'mon, this cars is built for 400km/h top speed and it's a lot different from Zonda. Yeah, they both share Supercar attribute, but IMO they're very different.

What i wanted to tell you to think before you post something like that, this car does deserve respect, even from you - Zonda freak!

so for it to have 1000kg´s and 900 hp.. it should beat everything around the track..otherwise its a huge failure and does not deserve any respect..
