"We're doing an article comparing the E92 M3 against every other major M-car of the last 30 years, right back to the first BMW M1. We have some great roads to drive them on and will be spending the next 3 days doing so. Look out for the article in the issue of EVO published in September.


Some of the car we are testing include; E34, E49 and E60 M5's. M6, Z4M Coupe, Z3 M Coupe, E30 M3, E36 M3, E46 M3 CS, E46 M3 CSL, M1.... so plenty of key swapping going on."

the M3 V8 they are using is unfortuanly the red color we saw on the press shots but this time with 19" wheels instead of those 18".

I think the owners want their cars back. Carmags doens't have all the time in the world, they should just be happy they can gather all these cars at the same time.

Killer issue but i thought i'm gonna see M3 vs C63 and/or F430 scuderia vs 997 GT2 vs Gallardo SL and AM DBS,anyway good enough for me!

Issue came the other day, reading it now. The author has a soft spot for my favorite M5, the last model with the I6. I wish the 850Csi had been included, but alas it was not an official M car.

I like this picture but look how big the new M3 is. Compare it to the M5. The new M3 has really grown in size. Looks like a monster trying to eat you.
