My power largest bill was 2825 NOK in December, approx £240. My latest power bill in July was 693 NOK, approx £59. My house is 200sqm, we are a family of five.

It is of course 'demand shortage' - just like the collapsed new car market in UK.

They know that most people are gullible, thick, and accept things at face value, without questioning.

They, the real runners, owners of UK and US, are utterly desperate. The dropping of the two countries' fake economies, 40+ years of theft, was due to be pinned on The Virus, then Putin, then Xi/China, and now there's a chance They will be pinned with the blame.

'This project is a scam along the lines of DeLorean. The 2 owners, Lars Calstrom and Orrel Nadjari have no experience in making batteries but lots of experience in questionable financial transactions. Carlstom was convicted of tax fraud in Sweden and the firm Nadjari worked for lost its trading licence.

They intend to have the UK government finance a completely uncompetitive battery factory, place it in the market via an IPO and cash out. The result will be a facility that the taxpayer will be forced to subsidise for ever as it has no chance of being competitive in a very competitive global market.

Tory government has already been conned - we need to stop putting money into this.'

The biggest of all of course, JLR, carries on, with full govt. and all agencies backing, and that gimp Andy Street, WM mayor, pushing for the same thing in Coventry, a 100% taxpayer paid for 'Gigafactory', i.e. handing over a £billion or more of taxpayer money to Tata.

Makers can't make money on these cars - an ~$35k Nissan Leaf, with a battery that has doubled in cost, from $10 to 20k.

Tesla is on the cusp. It only makes money on high spec, ~>$60k, Model 3s/Ys, and a few thousand Plaids.

UK is even more extreme. With fuel now falling, soon around £1.50/litre for diesel, and electricity headed the other way, soon 50-60p/kWh, the average person/family is much better served with a diesel, Euro 6 to avoid ULEZ etc, doing ~50 mpg, costing half or less than an EV in purchase new or 2ndhand.

EV in UK now only makes sense for through-the-company buyers. Hence the collapse of these fraud-anyway 'gigafactories'.

You either make EVs for $35k or less, and make money, which is currently impossible, or the whole 'Mass EV' thing is DOA. Which it is.

The state of the UK state - in a state - F'ed:

- the privatised, psycho-greed water companies paid out all the dosh to shareholders, and of course themselves, the directors, in bonuses, 'remuneration packages', non-contributory pensions - the usual bollox.

They sold off reservoirs over the last 30 years for other greedy scum to sell rabbit hutches for up to a £million each or more to gormless plebs, and recent arrivals out-Rachmaning Rachman - our 'diverse society' is cut-throat, with 2nd/3rd gen immigrants, especially from the Sub-continent, massively into property speculation, and get-rich-quick of all sorts - screw the country and the people that gave their parents and g/parents a place to flee to or come.

So you wind up with a country, England - forget Scotland and Wales - of real 70-75m people - no one knows - but it's at least 10m more than the joke Census - with water resources built, with taxpayer, public money, since Victorian times, for max ~40m people, in England, and now with reduced rainfall, as the real climate goes into a grand solar minimum, meaning less moisture, less rainfall - dropping sea levels.

What next? Dogger Bank reappears - drive to Holland? East Anglia, as can be seen above, is F'ed. It's a desert. The greedy bastards drained the fens, and became grain barons, but that meant also changing the climate, not just draining the water. It's at 10 inches or less a year rainfall - conditions like the Oklahoma Dustbowl of the 1930s.

UK, or England, is unsustainable, finished. It just about worked with 45m people, but they were nearly all pulling in the same direction, not buying up hovels for £1m, and sticking them full of newer arrivals, all on Housing Benefit, so that the f'ing greedy landlord makes hundreds of thousands of £s a year on just a few properties, PLUS, the almost guaranteed rise of the value of the houses themselves.
