XJ Jaguar XJ Picture Thread

The Jaguar XJ is a series of mid-size/full-size luxury cars produced from 1968 to 2019. It was produced across four basic platform generations (debuting in 1968, 1986, 2003, and 2009) with various updated derivatives of each. From 1970, it was Jaguar's flagship four-door model. The original model was the last Jaguar saloon to have been designed under the leadership of Sir William Lyons, the company's founder, and the model has been featured in countless media and high-profile appearances.
Fantastic interior, if only the rear overhang wasn't that big.

LOL...do you seriously not like it Klier?

I have big issues with the citroen rear end, but the front and side profile are very very attractive and, dare I say, even beautiful.

The interior is a stunning piece of work.

Can't wait to see this car next week!!!

wow, the car looks absolutely great:usa7uh: but i am not a big fan of the rear design .
thanks for the awesome pictures everyone!:)

I don't like the rear, the rear-pillar nor the centerconsole, they look horrible :t-banghea Otherwise it looks ok, but got to say that Jaguar has gone the wrong dirction with the styling IMO. Its not any more as classy as it was before, the interiors look all too Japanese with all that aluminum and buttons, why couldn't Jaguar just keep the wood and not go for a cheaper and modern variant? The interior would look so much better if the metal bits would be replaced by wood.

In this pic passing the Bentley the Jag looks stunning and British:usa7uh:

Let's face it - same old - Re-design the rear and the XJ will be nearly perfect...

That blue one is absolutely mind-blowing:

This was the exact colour combination of the XJ I drove, the tan is quite overpowering for my tastes but the blue exterior really does suit the car very well. The other test car was in caviar, a glorious colour that adds a touch of luxury to an already luxurious car.

Too bad that black plastic on the white one makes it ugly and the blue one is a stretched, goofy mess.

I absolutely have to see this IRL, as much as it looks stunning in certain situations, it looks ackward in others.

It's very colour dependent, in the wrong colour it's shape looks ackward but in the dark hues it's surprising pretty. But the shape still takes time to fully appreciate, like it took me at least several times before I fell in love and I already owned a Jaguar at the time. :D

some fantastic photography. Love the front and the f.... gorgeous interior!!
