No, it's not a 100% Honda project at all. As you can see, it's an Italdesign project signed by Italdesign with Honda's backing. It doesn't seem like something Honda requested, but rather the other way around.

I have just received confirmation that the "NSX Tribute" will be produced in a strictly limited series and exclusively with right-hand drive.
And other interpretations of Honda's legendary models will be offered in the future.
