Sounds good to me then it would be these

Old: Jaguar XK RS Coupe (2011)

New: BMW i7

Sundays: Audi R8 V10

Oh, so you've added a Sunday Car...

I'm undecided between a BMW 2002 Tii and a Porsche 356B 1600 S-90 cabriolet.

That's what it's about, the raw decision by one for that task, you can

Great topic, @dalab

Luxury Sedan
Old: Maybach 57s Zeppelin
New: Rolls-Royce Phantom
Sunday: Mercedes-Benz 600 Grosser

Hyper Car
Old: Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR SuperSport
New: Bugatti Chiron Sport
Sunday: Mercedes-Benz 300SL

Touring
Old: Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG W211
New: Mercedes-benz E63 AMG W213
Sunday: Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG W210

SUV
Old: BMW X5 4.8is E53
New: Mercedes-Benz G63 (is G65 new enough?)
Sunday: Range Rover LWB County

Roadster:
Old: Mercedes-Benz SL73 AMG R129
New: Lamborghini Aventador SVJ
Sunday: Ferrari Superamerica

Luxury Convertible:
Old: Bentley Continental Supersports
New: Rolls-Royce Dawn
Sunday: Rolls-Royce Corniche (2002)

Super Car
Old: Mercedes SLR McLaren 722
New: Lamborghini Aventador SVJ
Sunday: Ferrari F50

If I could have only one car for the rest of my life, I would drive the 2011 Maybach 57s Zeppelin. If I could find a facelifted Antigua White over Aspen white 57s without carbon fiber, I would buy in a heartbeat.

I find it much harder to come up with the 'new' than I do the 'old'!

Maybe "old" is easier due to sentimentality and familiarity.

Making believe it's 1972, my dream garage would be easy for me to assemble

BMW 2002 tii

Porsche 911 S

Alfa-Romeo GTV 2000

FIAT 130 Coupe

Maserati Indy

Jaguar XJ12

Land Rover 88

You could build a profile based on the unique option of choice.
Here it is seen that the finest limousines are your thing, back seat for most of the time, even driving a 57 all your life, interesting
You ditched hatchbacks and compacts, and went just for the Caviar... "Sunday: Mercedes-Benz 600 Grosser" You must choose only one car among all categories for Sundays, would you still choose this one?

We have quite a few concordances:

Old - Medium SUV - X5 4.6is (E53)
Old - Roadster - SL (R129)
New - Luxury Convertible - RR Down
Old - Super Car - Mercedes SLR (McLaren)

Yes I love large limousines! S,7, Ghost, Flying Spur 57, etc. Is the most interesting segment to me. If only one car from my Sunday category, I would have to choose the 2002 Rolls-Royce Corniche! I feel like the 600 is way too fragile and intimidating to own as an only car.

To be honest, I don’t even know a lot of compact cars lol. If I had to pick one, I’d choose the BMW E90 335i facelift.

This requires some serious soul-searching and deep introspection, so I'll revisit this thread...if my memory serves me to come back to this thread.

That said, I read the title as just one car, either old or new, that'd you be the most content to drive and was prepared to submit the the current 330i Touring as the only car I'd want in my car. Does everything well. If I wanted something a bit more spicy, then perhaps the upcoming M3 Touring.

In a make-believe world in which fuel would cost next to nothing, I'd love to own...

a pristine 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (or Pontiac Firebird Formula 400).

It could actually make an ideal "only and everyday" car.

I love those machines. There were a couple of then brand-new ones owned by U.S. servicemen stationed in Munich back then (my family lived near a large U.S. military facility). Blew me away, those cars...

The same thing happens to me with certain American cars, not exactly those but I understand the charm they cause, you just have to get on or see them to appreciate that they are all personality
