Sure the M2 looks as if was designed using Minecraft. But it looks completely different and confirms with the new ideaology at M. That M cars will show further differentiation from their M Performance counterparts. I think it’s great because it’s interpreting past ideas and honouring it’s descendants. This is the final M2 as we know it in regard to an ICE concept. We have been here before with every BMW. It’s always “Oh God”till we see further developments and images then it’s “Oh Gawwwd!!!

Personally, I prefer kindey grills not to have their own post codes, but I am not willing to accept anything with a kidney with an area of less than a square meter. I still have standards.

The current M2 sold like hot cakes, an instant classic and a true representative of the brand's values and even more of "M", but whatever makes you happy

Mixed feelings but the M2 will be amongst a soon to be extinct small ICE sports cars. I am willing to embrace its visual quirks. So far I actually like it’s E36-ish boxy front end. Fingers crossed the rear bumper doesnt look as bulgy as feared.

Too early to do a CSL without market feedback on the base car.

I don’t think it will have the attraction like the 1M.

i also don’t see a lot of big grilled M3, M4 driving around. When the E46 M3 came out you saw them everywhere.

I think we need a new 1M RWD more of an entry level M car. Less HP, smaller, nimbler and less expensive. The New M2 and M3, M4 has matured to much.
