Not the official name for it I guess, but @James Glickenhaus has posted the following image on social media, of the LMP1 car.

Not sure if it's related to the SCG 007 shown last year, or an evolution of the 004, which is currently being developed for racing on the Nordschleife and in America.

Hi this is an EVO of our 007 LMP1/Hypercar for 2020/2021.

Great news! I'm a bit skeptical of the new hypercar rules in WEC but I hope it'll ne better than the current LMP1. Looking forward to see the final car.

I like seeing the SCG003 at the Nurburgring 24 (y) I'd like to see the car in other GT3 series, such as Blancpain GT or British GT :)

@James Glickenhaus do you intend to get involved in the LM GTE or in other GT3 series at some point, maybe through a private team or something?

Thank you!

GT2/GT3/SPX with 004
LMP1/Hypercar with 007
We hope to have customer cars racing along side us.
Best

who do you see as the biggest competitor in the 2021 season? Toyota who's invested heavily in motorsport in recent years? Aston Martin with Adrian Newey? or another manufacturer who's entering WEC?

Toyota. That said we've beaten them at The Ring and with BOP it should be a clean fight.

BOP is still only speculative until we start seeing the cars on track, if the cars are still within 1 sec of each other despite more freedom when it comes to design then BOP shouldn't be a problem

Whose engine will you use? Cosworth?AER?Judd?Gibson tech? Or maybe something from major manufacturers (BMW, Porsche Ford GM, Hyundai)

Hi
We've started production on our 003S/004S/004CS/004C and Glickenhaus 2DR Boot. So far there are 4 customer 003's with a fourth on the way. This year we will deliver 3 customer Glickenhaus Boots. Next year we hope to deliver 25 004's, 20 4 Door Glickenhaus Boots as several 003's as well as a few customer LMP1/Hypercar road and race versions. We have entered into contracts to crash test our vehicles to make them fully road Homologated.

How do you do it, for a tiny company you have a vast array of products and variants of those products, it must pretty pretty difficult from production and engineering resource perspective.

Without control over what makes a tire "road legal" Production car records mean nothing.
I agree. For me, there is no point in trying to have a production street car record on the Nurburgring, or any track in general other than marketing purposes. Racing series is where lap records matter.

Very true, but what tyres are in for 003S customer cars?
