The Ferrari F40 (Type F120) is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car with styling by Pininfarina. Production: 1987-1996. Predecessor: Ferrari 288 GTO. Successor: Ferrari F50.

1989 Ferrari F40
An F40 is red and only red, 2700 pounds of carbon-Kevlar wrapped around two buckets, one steering wheel, and a belligerently turbocharged V8.
There is no glove box, no stereo. For balance, the engine sits so close to midship that belt service necessitates removal of the firewall. What else would you expect from Enzo's magnum opus? The F40 made it okay for Ferrari supercars to exist divorced of racing intent. Without it, there is no LaFerrari.

We see it often – stunning dream cars, beautifully polished, sitting under covers for the sole purpose of being a satisfactory addition to a collection. Each to their own of course; everyone is free to do what they please with a car they own. But one thing is certain: Takeshi Kimura of Car Guy does not belong to this group.
Here is a man that enjoys his supercars to the fullest, and at times in curious ways. A few years ago he was spotted taking his Ferrari F40 camping, and today he’s bettered that in a video collaboration with Red Bull.
