Chris Harris is leaving EVO

What is the Motor Sport brand?

I haven't heard of them before but it seems like another motoring publication that is focused on F1 and motorsports.

Good riddance. Frankly. And yes, I still subscribe to EVO.

I much prefer Jethro Bovingdon, Henry Catchpole & Dickie Meaden over Trott. Hopefully this will result in them getting more screen time in front of the camera.

I think the same corporation behind motorsports.com and having been on a buying spree buying car/motorsports related websites. Think they just bought autosports also.

Good thing Nick Trott is leaving EVO, because the magazine has definitely lost its direction with him in charge.

Not autosport but other Italian medias. They are also the property of the f1 owners, liberty.

Also looks like Henry Catchpole and Jethro Bonvingdon are leaving for DriveTribe.

Well, Henry made an announcement, Jethro was a bit more cryptic...

No way...this is crazy, will this be the end of EVO? I still buy and red EVO because of these guys, now that they are gone, I don't think having Richard Meaden alone is enough to carry the magazine.

To be forthright, unless somebody uploaded a scan of an article on GCF that tickles my fancy, I don't read many magazine articles these days. Most of my info has come from here and a couple of blogs. What I do watch with some regularity are the EVO vids and vids with Henry and Jethro as presenters tend to be the ones I enjoy more. I think it's a sad day for EVO and a solid gain by Drive Tribe. Although I am still not sure at what Clarkson, Mays, and Hammond have in store for Drive Tribe.

Perhaps I am still old school, but I do enjoy reading some car magazine in the afternoon, just to take my eyes away from the computer screen. I wonder how will EVO survive without their star writers. This Drive Tribe looks interesting, I am interested to see how it will play out with all sorts of motoring "celebrities" under one group.

It will be a new publishing platform, for car enthusiasts. Something like Top Gear (petrolhead) meets Blogging/Vlogging (content production) meets GCF (being part of a tribe i.e. fanboy). However - tribe members are not necessarily fans of a car brand, but also of niches such as classic cars, futuristic cars, sports cars, luxury cars, GT cars, grand tours, motoring events and so on.

People behind the idea are none other than Clarkson-Wilman-Hammond-May quartet.
