Zagato Capricorn x Zagato

Zagato is a coachbuilding company founded by Ugo Zagato in 1919. The design center of the company is located in Terrazzano, a village near Rho, Lombardy, Italy.
Capricorn unveils new ultra-driver-focused mid-engined rear-wheel-drive hypercar – the capricorn 01 Zagato capricorngroup.official (capricorn), the German-based industry leader in automotive and motorsport lightweight technology, has today unveiled the first limited-edition hypercar to carry the company’s name. The world’s first hypercar to feature a body designed by zagato1919, the capricorn 01 Zagato is a mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive hypercar, engineered and handbuilt by capricorn in Germany to deliver a pure, immersive, analog driving experience. The capricorn 01 Zagato prioritizes lightweight technology and purity of driving over excessive horsepower. A 5.2-liter supercharged V8 engine produces 900+PS (subject to final homologation results) and 1,000 Nm of torque. Featuring LMP1-type carbon fiber structure and carbon fiber body, the Capricorn 01 Zagato weighs less than 1,200 kg, ensuring an excellent power-to-weight ratio, exceptional agility, and a 0-62mph acceleration time of less than 3.0 seconds. Production of the capricorn 01 Zagato will be strictly limited to a run of just 19 coupes as a tribute to Zagato’s founding year, 1919. This number holds particular significance for the design house and serves as a nod to its history of creating highly sought-after, ultra-limited, collectible cars.

Oooo, despite being "yet another", I must say that looks rather good, outside and in.
As for the rest of it - including its ultra-limited number of 19 builds - a rather unremarkable thing to spend so much money on.
Too many billionaires...

Very pretty! I like it a lot more than the De Tomaso.

I take back what I said about the Coyote V8 being a disappointment in this. They've done a lot of work to it and it's got significantly more power than P72.
It starts making a lot more sense when you force yourself to think of the car as if it's a Zagato rebody of a Ford GT that actually got a V8. Still mega expensive, of course. But everything is these days.

And 5-speed dogleg manual in 2025 is wild!
