Cadillac Coupe Revealed In GM Patent Filing

Damn, this is just a d-class coupe , but it already looks better than the overhyped and overpriced bmw 8. Proportions are much better.

Will the next gen 4 series get the electrical version?

This one will. Along with the I.C.E. hehe
Yes there will be the i4 which is the production version of Vision iDynamics.
Which will be a Full EV.

Get down on ur knees Audi.

This is just a beginning. Imagine,a D-class coupe without the b-pillar. Arrivederci, germans. Cadillac is back :D
You honestly believe this car has a chance against the big 3 german compact coupes? Cadillac has never come close, its build and material quality and technology and brand worthiness is way behind the German masters. Cadillac have only been good at bringing out extremely stylish concept cars. The production cars mostly do look good styling wise but they lack class.

in terms of sales? Probably not so fast. But everything else: dynamics, materials, design, engines etc Yeah, I'm pretty sure it will outclass the big 3. This is JDN's first car. Along with the CT5 sedan. It will get just as nice interior as the exterior.

Yeah, u can laugh, but you will see soon. I can already see that even 80 percent of this sketch looks much more exciting than the current d class coupes taken all together. And this is not a concept. This is a production version.

The most funny thing is that u fanboys praise bs like this:

:ROFLMAO: U really think that this is a luxury and modern interior for 2018 :LOL::LOL: For the 110k+ car ahahahah are u serious?

Next what can I see in this thread is Cadillac going to outclass MB S class/Bentley/RR lol.

Hello Mr Shark,
Are you jumping today?
Better than that I am about to leapfrog then backflip over a school of wales whilst eating some Sushi!

Personally when you look closer and if you are familiar. It's a completely modern update of the interior for the E31. The original 8.
Some may say bland and safe. I say nostalgia and reflection. It certainly was brave to re-interpret the original idea but with a modern twist. Especially when the car was by all accounts a sales failure.

Sorry but having seen the G22. I don't call that car boring or safe. I think it's dramatic, exciting and that there is that sense of being more open than conventional with design like they did in the early 2000's. it will be a debatable car visually. Which I can let you know it's public debut in development phase is imminent.

What on earth are we doing talking about an exceptional piece of German engineering and design here in yet another Cadillac imaginarium thread. This thing doesn't even exist in production form. But watch out - Cadillac is going to dominate everything.

Of course, in the end the numbers will speak for themselves and the incentivised motoring hacks' expert adjudication will make no difference to the global performance of superior German products.

Oh, and before anyone gets offended - taking specific note of this car forum's name - understand this place's raison d'être. If you don't like it, well, tough! :eusa_danc

Cadillacs have sh!te interiors that never come close to matching the build, material quality, comfort, refinement and ambience of a Audi, BMW and Mercedes. Have you actually sat inside an ATS, its interior is outclassed even by much cheaper VW products such as the Golf. The CT6 is better but it's no where near the S-class and 7-series in terms of cabin ambience and materials and space, it's even outclassed by the A4 and C-class.

I agree, but you are talking about the old ones. New Cadillacs will be different. Wait and see.

...and to think that it's been 6 decades since Cadillac produced a truly "built to a standard" , undeniably world-class automobile. :

And following 1972 or so, the former luster of the brand began to rapidly diminish. Perhaps the brand may, at some future period of time, experience a renaissance of sorts. In North America. But elsewhere, it will remain the non-entity that it has been and currently is.

Let's make America great again, huh?

;) :D :p

Certainly one of the most disasterous examples of automotive advertising. And how incredibly stupid for a brand aspiring to become a global luxury segment player. Simply imbecilic.

The ELR flopped so bad it’s pretty sad. I’ve seen exactly 1 on the road and was I surprised that I’d seen one in the wild in my lifetime.

$75k for a 2 door Chevy Volt... come on now. Even Stevie Wonder could see that would fail bigly.
