C&D: 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 vs. 2013 Nissan GT-R vs. 2012 Porsche 991 Carrera S

The specs of the new GT-R are a complete mess. The magazines (and Nissan themselves) don't seem to be able to agree on a single thing. Is it to be called a 2012 model, as listed on this (official?) Nissan sheet (and referred to as such in most magazines)?
no, the nissan is clear: the maximum speed is, as usual, 315kph.
C & D , sometimes, writes nonsense about top speed.
already in the past C & D had granted just 305 Kph to the GT-R.

That doesn't exactly restore my confidence in Nissan's ability to report data, though. With 20PS more and the same Cd it should be faster, no? I somehow doubt that if it was the case that they had changed the gear ratios, they did it in such a way as to have the exact same top speed...

strong probably the 550ps edition has the same gear ratio of 530ps.
also, the 530ps has teh same top speed of 485ps editions, but the acceleration is reaaly different....
