Looking at the mechanical components and pipes/hoses, it looks like the concept is drivable

It would not surprise me if a few punters with big enough wallets persuaded Bugatti to build a few.

I think it looks like Bugatti sent a Veyron to Pagani and got them to mod it. It's like the Zonda specials compared to the regular Zonda, it's still basically a Veyron with bits added and subtracted.

Wow, what an impossible car. I bet that one seen here costs like 3-4M to make. The production version is going to be outright mad.
