Brabus Bodo

By increasing the contrast and brightness of the image, the front end appears to be a blend of Mercedes and Bentley, clean and imposing.

Based on the SL, as expected.

Not so sure about that at this point.

For example, the exterior windscreen frame and the integration into the exterior roof's side rails indicate otherwise. The photos also appear to present a longer, genuine 2+2 vehicle.

Of course, I'm merely speculating and not "in the know". And what lies under the bodywork remains a mystery to me.

...somehow...I'm oddly reminded of...this:

I get the impression (probably wrong) that it’s based on the new Vanquish.

I'm almost certain that the Bodo is based on a modern Aston Martin – the question is, which one?
I hope that if it is the Vanquish, it will feature some upgrades and not just a new body.

When BRABUS announces 2+2 GT...do they mean a genuine 2+2 with 2 usable passenger rear seats ? If so, that could take the current Vanquish out of the running, as it's 2 rear seat option is merely an alibi.

In any case, this is rather exciting !

It’s a shame they used his name for this
His name? Brabus has always been a joke when it comes to customization; it's all about power and engine, the rest is rubbish.

On the other hand, if this is their first bespoke car ever, they could start to redeem themselves throwing out some good taste for once , beginning with changing their logo.
