But for me nothing new till now in this artice
There is one site already said long time ago that the new M5 will be outrageous.
We want more.

F90 M5 - Full details and first "preview" drive in this month's Evo magazine.

Car is still in camo in the article.

610bhp 4.4 litre V8 twin turbo
516lb ft torque
8 speed auto box not DCT dual clutch
1850kg
Sub 3.5 sec 0-60
£78,500

Switchable active sports exhaust

DSC Modes:
1: Fully on = 4WD with slight rear bias
2: M Dynamic Mode = 4WD Sport with greater rear bias and slip angle
3: Off = You then have a choice of 4WD, 4WD Sport or 2WD!

+ Thuggish power with versatile powertrain; promisingly agile.
- Not cheap; we haven't had a proper drive yet.

PS. UK dealers were having their first drives at BMW UK's pre-launch event this week.

The 610HP and the 3.5sec is the greatest thing till now.from 4.3 second almost with the F10 its a big improvement and the car is really fast from 0 now what we missed it in the F10.
And the camo i think we will buy the car with the camo and Bmw will make colors also orange camo yellow red:ROFLMAO:
Im so optimistic with the modes and the new gear till today.

1850kg. ? Dry or what ?

Well, either way I'm sure it'll mean

1775kg DIN / 1850kg EU or 1850kg DIN / 1925kg EU

Either way, that's better than the 1870/1945 of the F10 Comp Edition - given the AWD system and additional features and size of the G3x platform. I still take it as a positive when cars don't get heavier when they're replaced!

It sure is a positive.
It's unfortunate though... as it could've been even lighter in pure RWD form.

PS: It's weird how things change. M used to build some of my dream cars... today there isn't a single M car I can say I really like. Cars like this new M5 make things only worse. My last hope is the G20 M3.

It would be one hell of an achievement even if the new F90 M5 is just 1kg's lighter than the F10 M5.
3.5 s from 0-100 is slower than the new merc e63 !!
" sub 3.5s-60mph " meaning it will be lower ,but these are just preliminary figures. BMW won't give away everything yet until the official debut.

Sub 3.5s I believe as per the earlier post. So it means it is below 3.5s.

So you have ONE article that goes against all the others, and you've NOT driven it yourself = You got nothing. You're a BMW fan so what's the difference?

Its from your heart only cause you are a big fan of mercedes..which is good for them.not for you.
Sorry wish we will find new thing tomorrow so we can change this subject.

What wishes? I didn't wish for anything. Notice I didn't say anything about the E63 drove either. I simply asked you what was improper about the E63's drive. Nothing more. Come to find out you don't have anything to base it on but one article that goes against the rest of the E63's reviews so far. Anyone that isn't blinded by brand loyalty might question that review as an outlier, maybe. You're the one that is wishing for something wrong or a problem with the E63's drive and you're basing it off one magazine and NO personal experience. I drive a BMW 650i, and yes I'm a Mercedes fan too, but lets be clear I LOVE ALL GERMAN cars. I can't help it if you don't know what you're talking about and/or grasping at straws.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
