Ah the 80’s.

An obscure fun fact:

A secretive cooperation between BMW AG and Porsche AG during the late 1970s/early 1980s featured considerations regarding the transplanting of the Porsche 928 4.5L V8 (and shortly afterwards the 4.7 V8 of the 928S) into the engine bay of the E23 7er. Apparently, a mule or two was actually developed. But the project was quickly abandoned.

Now this car is a super rare find and incredible.

It is a 1977 BMW 730 automatic that has one owner from new and done only 45000km. It is in Russia so probably not been able to buy but the the price most likely will be $64000.

How is this for a BMW E32 7 series. A wide body Koenig Specials Edition that is super rare.

Unicorn indeed. Interesting drop of background metal too. Alpina or Alpina wheeled E31?

This E23 735i is a superb example with low mileage. A very elegant and desirable car in its time.
