I just knew this was going to beat the X5 considering all the new changes. What happened folks? Where are the porsche fans?

It's a great vehicle. Has prosche really lost their mojo or what?

The Cayenne is my second choice out of all the SUVs. I love it and would love to own one but just finds the Range Rover to be a a better choice.

X5 all the way, it's just a class on it's own.
Runner up: Range Rover, the same as the X5.
ALL the others: Simply not interested in or because i consider them more like trucks than SUVs (Q7 or GL)

American trucks are not even near German machines, there is a lot more to do beside big blocks, while building a great SUV ...!

Japanese are fine but still, not there yet ...!

I agree with that. I would prefer the Cayenne over the X5. Much better engine in my opinion.

Considering all the new changes???? Huh? The X5 is a brand new car with A LOT more new stuff than that VW based Cayenne. Same can be said about GL.

Anyways, it's good to see the X5 getting almost half of all votes. That says enough.

All these SUVs are really great( well, most of them) but what happened to the G-Class? Ok, some of you may say that the G-Wagen is a hardcore off roader that belongs to its own league, but on the other side I believe that the G-Class is a very luxurious, well made and very capable SUV that has nothing less than its competitors. Anyway, I guess I'll have to vote for sth else. My choice would be the Q7. It has a great spacious interior and it looks really elegant.
