Subaru is dam proud of it. In their commercial they say, "Sorry BMW, Audi and Mercedes. Swedens most saitsfied carowners drive a Subaru. Something like that....

Yes, it is for Sweden.

Subaru has often done well in Autoindex, won the first time they partisipated (2007) and was second behind BMW in 2008. Subaru is a real microbrand in Sweden with a market share of about 1%.
