M3/M4 AutoBild Sportscars - BMW M3 E92 Long-term test

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M

How can BMW use such a boring interior on the 3er models?. And why didn´t they change almost anything about it for the M3?. Can´t stand this.

But even with my critics, every comparision i read about M3 vs C63 AMG vs RS4 or vs ISF, M3´s interior is always the best.

It´s a bit confusing.

Cause when you see C63 AMG interior you say WOW!!.

I dont, sure the interior is nice but it doesnt make me saying WOW!!.
M3 interior may look simple but the layout is clean, ergonomic and with high quality materials. Only complaint I have is that the interior should be driver oriented.

Oh come on, you all should admidt that during last years BMW hasn´t done very well with its interior design.

Really? What is it that's so wrong with BMW interiors?
Only bimmer interiors I dont like is the X3, previous 7-serie and perhaps the Z4. (With that said I dont think they are crap but I dont like the layout.)

Complete opposite in fact. It's getting better and better, and the new 7er proves that with the best interior yet in a car. Class leading design, ergonomics and quality.

Your opinion is shared with a few others obviously, but there is at least the same amount of people who think other thoughts.

M3 to me is much better looking from the inside than C63 ever will be. I don't like the ugly pop-up screen for example. Makes the whole interior look weird. BMW's screen is much better integrated to me...

I am with you in the part of the new BMW interiors. With X5/X6 and 7er interiors BMW has become class leader in this area.

But 3er and and 5er are very boring to me, even when FL 5er has very improved materials selection. No complains abot 1er and 6er. X3 instead is a monter in every aspect, but you klier will be with me in that won´t you? :D.

The good part is that the entire Audi line has the very same interior design, wich is starting to be very borign. And mercedes... Pse, have a look to the latest merc interiors, BMW has overpast them completly.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
