Wonder what Audi's cooking here.. upcoming RS 7 mule or a sports coupe?
Widebody mule based on the current C8 A6, with oddly narrower than usual mounted exhausts.
New RS7 With hybrid V8 push to 700hp that what i was told, this will be a monster.

Even camouflaged it is seen that the A6 is the most beautiful car in the line and because it is the one that pulls the most of the brand's sales
Absolutely agree.. amongst the boring B9 and D5... the C8 A6 is gorgeous and has amazing proportions.

Audi Hints At Stronger RS3 Without Electrifying The Five-Cylinder Engine.

The inline-five's swansong could have over 401 horsepower.

The Audi RS3 uses a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine that makes 394 horsepower in Europe and a slightly higher 401 hp in the United States. However, folks from the Old Continent were given the opportunity to have those seven extra ponies late last year when Audi introduced the RS3 Performance Edition. Torque remained unchanged, at 500 Nm (369 lb-ft). Those with an insatiable thirst for power should know there might be a more potent version on the way.

Speaking with Autocar, Audi Sport boss Sebastian Grams suggested the inline-five could be further boosted. When asked whether the engine could pack a greater punch without resorting to electrification, the head honcho answered with a simple "yes." During the same interview, the top brass went on to mention: "We will increase the five-cylinder for the next step. We will improve that."

"There's still a way to go. We have done the RS3 Performance Edition, which is faster, which has more performance, which has bucket seats, and another calibration. You can see that we will really sharpen our products in the future."

It remains to be seen whether the Four Rings are aiming to outpunch AMG's "45"-badged compact cars, which have a slightly higher output of 416 hp. A beefier iteration of the inline-five is likely to go into the RS3 since the TT is being discontinued. It'll be interesting to see whether a meaner RS Q3/RS Q3 Sportback crossover is planned, although it would make the most sense to offer the uprated engine in the RS3 Sportback and/or RS3 Sedan.

The glorious TFSI engine has already been taken to 493 hp in a non-Audi application for Donkervoort's hardcore D8 GTO F22. It would likely be too much of a jump for the RS3 but it goes to show the five-cylinder mill has a lot of untapped potential. When can we expect to see it? It's coming within the next three years as the German luxury brand has made it crystal clear it will launch only EVs from 2026.

S6 E-Tron first spy pics

Compared to the recent A5SB spy shots, that roofline on the S6 E-Tron looks a lot more hump-back/whaley how it extends over.. hope it looks fine in the reveal.

I believe it when it see it. From Audi‘s peak sex appeal around the launch of iRobot, the brand has fallen to corporate dullness.

The RS3 is probably the only Audi that I am truly lusting for.

Even the RS3 had its day. Old platform, old tech, outgunned by BMW and Mercedes at their own game.

Yes audi was sexy and now they are the 2010 german toyota. Boring brand for librarians

The A7 family (the upcoming renamed A6) of hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and performance models will be offered with eight different engine and transmission combinations when they go on sale at the end of 2024.

The sedan is all about length and elegance, Lichte says, with luxury car proportions that were not chopped short for aerodynamics. The new A7 has a traditional trunk. The sedan has the illuminated rings up front, dynamic daytime running lights, and the new slender taillight design. The S7 Avant is sportier and fast, with a clean design, flush door handles, a wide track, and 21-inch wheels. The U.S. will get the RS Avant, likely as a hybrid for the extra boost.

How is BMW going to be ahead of VAG regarding fastbacks? The GT line was full of turds. A bad idea to begin with.
Do you think the Audi’s appear to be sleeker? Or are they the same? Electric gives you carte blanch to defy the conventional in this case the traditional Sedan. The i4 is a mix of both the Gran Turismo and Gran Coupe.

Yes and no.. I think Audi is more a mix of "sedan + sportback" rather than the GT + GC... at least with the upcoming Audi A5 Sedan. The A6 E-Tron however does not appear sleek, so you might be right in that regard for that model.

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
