That's right, the Grandsphere is more "Vision" than concept...
Up until 3 minutes ago I never knew that car even existed! Never come across it, I have now!

We can talk this in 10 years, I might be wrong. But people want SUV’s and more practical shapes.
Premium buyers want coupe like cars, here we are with Panamera, Model S… and so on, now Grandsphere as A8. I even think that the next S-Class will be merge between S and EQS.
The way a 3 box design will survive in some form is a fastback, which is taking on it very rapidly for every car maker.
In other markets it will take some time, but in EU it’s already very visible.
Best example, VW Passat which is still one of the best selling sedans here, but not enough, axed for the next gen, EV fastback comes as a replacement.
So I think a less recognizible 3 box design will be here for some time, but it will be eaten by SUV’s and crossovers in the future too.
What's next for Audi? More heavy electric stuff designed by the dude with the worst haircut in the world.
You're not very easy to please!
Nah, I'm just telling the truth. Everything from now on will be electric, which means they will be very heavy and all designed by the man who has the worst haircut ever. Seriously, just google Marc Lichte and tell me if I'm not lying that he has the worst hairdo in the world.
So, I just did. Now I can't unsee it! LOL!
Indeed. Even though Van Hoodonk’s haircut is funny too… maybe they have a connection. What's next for Audi? More heavy electric stuff designed by the dude with the worst haircut in the world.
I believe it when it see it. From Audi‘s peak sex appeal around the launch of iRobot, the brand has fallen to corporate dullness.Remodeling of the locations
How Audi prepares its factories to attack BMW and Mercedes
With the 360factory concept, Audi wants to redesign the way it works in the plants and catch up with the premium competition BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The first concrete changes are now pending.
After much criticism for the lack of new models and insufficient innovative strength, 2023 should be the starting year for Audi. A cornerstone of the plans is CEO Gerd Walker's new production strategy, which was exclusively presented at Automobilwoche last August.
The MLB-evo launches were all incredibly dull and soul-less I agree.. with the B9 A4/5/Q5 and D5 A8 and 2nd gen Q7 especially... I have high hopes for the PPC A5 Avant though... especially if they give the RS their all like the RS 3 and Competition Package RS 5.I believe it when it see it. The shape of the A5 avant looks good. Audis weakness is front end design. The single frame grille has been done to death and unlike a Mercedes grille or bmw kidneys, has less poor scope for variation. The MLB-evo launches were all incredibly dull and soul-less I agree.. with the B9 A4/5/Q5 and D5 A8 and 2nd gen Q7 especially... Not the new A4?Wonder what Audi's cooking here.. upcoming RS 7 mule or a sports coupe?
Definitely not, but on second thought I don't think this is the C9 RS 7. Most likely that "special project" Audi told media that's coming by 2025, which was misinterpreted to be a special edition of an RS 6.Not the new A4?
