Is this car ever gonna come out? This is why I hate RS brand...they take years to come out and by the time they do, the competition has moved on to something new.
 
It wont take the M3 GTS on the track..i can tell you that right now..
Will be a phat car though..hehe
 
why this car is taking forever to launch beats the hell out of me! Does our Audi insider have any bones to throw this way?

I hope Mave comes back and tell us. But after the D4 A8 fiasco, I think AUDI's whole team is probably pissed off at us. ;)

He basically was the SCOTT of AUDI, but way less involved with us. He would come on and give us little tidbits of relevant info on what's going on, etc.

Good insider info, and pretty good guy. But MANY on here gave 'em a hard time with the "big ass A4" comments and eventually he got frustrated with us.

Thanks for the info. But, it's still too little to late. Hell, a new 3er is only a few years away...in other words. RS5 will only be relevant for another year or two. LOL

Yes that, and BMW defense brigade is pretty damn big and hardcore compared to the mild mannered AUDI guys. That was quite evident because I was the only one defending Mave and the D4 A8, and I don't even have a favorite brand. LOL :D

I hope more chime in on this though. The reason I'm saying this is because of the RS4. That was the real M3 fighter in a LONG time, and it was and still is great. But it's bragging rights didn't last that long because the E92 shamed it, hell even the C63 kicked it in the nuts. And the reason is, AUDI took WAY too long for it to come out. Exactly as now. We are still following the RS5, and there is no word of the RS4, with the 3er on schedule to be released in a few years.
 
I agree and for those reasons i've said you're right. It will have tough time beating GTS, if at all...;)

But in any case, the new M3 won't come that soon, so it's good for RS5...:D

I can: They have to wait for new AMG/M models to see what they have to do for their next car. Audi is reaction rather than action.
 
Have you seen the new e-tron Klier? Looks like action to these eyes!
 
Does anyone know if this will ship with the new google earth application? Or even the newly announced Nvidia chips?
