Well it seems to be for the new Iron Man 2 movie, judging by the ML camera car, stark11 number plates, and the tiniest thing that gives it away, Robert Downey JR. aka Tony Stark in the driver seat.

Stark probably has an idea for a building or city or something and decides to show it to someone in an over the top, unpractical, don't give a shit about my leather cause I'm the richest man on earth way.
