Despite the sexy looks, it isn't receiving glowing comments about driving engagement. Understandably the RS6 has always been a high-speed point to point car rather than a car for spanking through corners.

The RS6 (and RS7) look fantabulous. They are, however, dinosaurs destined to the tarpits of automobiledom. And Audis' current narrative indicates that they are well aware of it.

Big difference with the S6 and RS6 in the speed and looks department. If I had the money then RS6 is the defining car here, it looks fantastic. The S6 is relatively quick to 100km/h but it starts lagging sufficiently after that and to 200km/h is a massive 7sec slower than the RS6. I personally think there is too much of a gap with the S6 and RS6 (441kw vs 257kw) compared to its rivals M5 vs M550i (441kw vs 390kw) and E63S vs E53 (450kw vs 320kw).
