Vanquish Aston Martin Vanquish Gen 3

The Aston Martin Vanquish is a grand tourer introduced by British luxury automobile manufacturer Aston Martin in 2001 as a successor to the Aston Martin Virage (1993). Production: 2024–present (Third generation), 2012–2018 (Second generation), 2001–2007 (First generation).
Latest episode of The Intercooler podcast, host Andrew Frankl stated that he had lunch with Lawerence Stroll and saw the DBS Successor (knows its name) and the DBX facelift. He is under embargo but the fact the media has seen it already, does that mean the unveiling is soon?

Assuming it'll be called Vanquish this time around as Aston flip flops between V/DBS every facelift-generation change?

I was sceptical about Aaron martin going upmarket. However I am now convinced that their strategy is clever. As we know, the coupe/GT market is weak compared with 10-20 years ago.

Astons response is make limited edition reskinned variants of their models. At $0.5-1m their don't have much competition as limited run Bugatti are $4-10m and the Ferrari ones are unattainable if you haven't purchased 10-20 cars from the brand.

What's also great about cars like the Valour is that it not a racing car for the road and don't have an overcomplicated drivetrain. This makes it usable without having to think "am I in the mood to drive the car" like you would with a Mclaren Speedtail.

All will be “Vanquished”, I think we know the name now, but no date yet?

Your posting is much appreciated. Thank you. I've been an on-and-off fan of Aston Martin automobiles for as long as I can remember. I have avidly followed the transformations and evolutions of the brand design paradigms for decades and have often been left gasping in utter awe regarding a good number of their products. The current DB12, the Vanquish presented in 2012, the DB9/Virage/DBS to name a few. Of course, not to mention the iconic DB4, DB5 and DB6. I am looking very forward to the official presentation of this new entry in the Aston Martin line-up.
