Aston Martin One-77

I think the vents simultaneously add a sense of purpose and an air of menace about the car. A neat way of saying this is an extreme Aston Martin. I really am diggin' the styling - this car is beyond.

Interior looks chip with all that bling bling stuff, other than that & some other details, the car is wicked.

Ooh. I think that thing looks spectacular. That single bar tail-light looks fantastic.

obviously a pre production modell..
look at the leather..its all loose and shit

As much as I like the rear light, style wise, I really wish Aston gets a chance to talk to BMW about their CELIS Led lights. Now, if the rear was a fully CELIS led light it would look much better.

Aston Martin gets for blood for this carbon fibre master piece, the Veyron has finally been challenged. But the One-77 takes the price for the most expensive and vulnerable rear bumper in the history of automotive. A small dent of crack would require replacing that entire piece of hand moulded CF that accounts for the bumper, deck, fenders and rear section of the roof.

And oh, that rear window giving a peek of the multi-link suspension suspension and structural support is genius. Expect to see that design element in future front-engined performance cars. Do we have a solid shot of the exhaust pipes??

Mindblowing!!!

The level of awesome detailing everywhere reminds me of Pagani... The rear suspension exposed, the very unique interior (look at those doorpanels!!!), totally crazy.

Car looks huge, on these pics you clearly see it's no conventional Aston at all...

Love it!! A real supercar that is.

I hate the interior, boring and ugly.

The only thing i like about that car so far is the visible rear treatment.

I don't think anyone who can afford this car really gives a crap. :t-cheers:

True. Given that the bonnet of the SLR cost €20 000, the Aston rear bumper must be at least 2-3 times that amount. If you're driving an uninsured car then you better stay clear of an Aston One-77.:D

True, but in all honesty, if you're driving without insurance stay clear of me. I'd beat the F__k out of someone if they hit me and don't got insurance. :D

It’s having a long drawn-out gestation, but Aston Martin’s One-77 supercar made its world show debut at this weekend’s Villa d’Este, where it scooped the top prize for concept cars and prototypes.

We’ll forgive you if you thought the One-77 had already been unveiled, but the car at Geneva was a technical cutaway rolling chassis – the first finished car is the one show in our photos above.

The One-77 won more than 30% of the votes among the eight cars entered in its category. Chief exec Ulrich Bez said: ‘We have achieved a new level of design and craftsmanship which has been clearly recognised by the public here in the homeland of design at Villa d’Este.’

Aston Martin One-77: the details

This is a supercar at the very top of Aston Martin’s family tree: think Ferrari Enzo or Bugatti Veyron, rather than more hoi-polloi supercars.

Your £1.2m cheque buys you a carbonfibre chassis clad in hand-rolled aluminium body panels and featuring race-spec suspension that owners can tune for their individual requirements. Total kerb weight is around 1500kg.

And the 7.3-litre V12 is a development of Aston’s existing 6.0-litre lump, expanded and tuned to produce ‘over 700bhp’ – enough to qualify the One-77 as a bona fide member of the 200mph club. The benchmark 60mph dash takes 3.5sec, official figures claim.
