This Apple watch... I hope it gets a proper core.

Out of curiosity, did anyone here buy himself an iWatch?

Couldn't agree more, Betty. I read somewhere Panerai is the most popular watch among SAS guys. I wouldn't be surprised if you are ex-SAS ;-)I'd rather put that kind of money towards a proper high quality watch like a Panerai.

I'm so glad that no one here is taking this seriously...there is hope for humanity!
The thing is flopping so hard people don't even know it's called Apple Watch.
I love Apple products, but even so, I never had any intention of buying an Apple Watch. I just don't see the point in it.

I think the situation is slightly different this time compare to the pre-portable device days. Apple has Android as a formidable competitor and there are a range of 2nd generation wearable devices on the market before the launch of the iwatch. I still don't think there is a practical use for a smart watch yet.Not a rhetorical question, out of my own genuine curiosity - how many of you bought the original IPhone - the one released in June 2007 (not sure if it was even available in Europe, if it wasn't, what did you think about it at that time - be honest!).
