Such a shame they have to remove the camo. It looks awesome until they do so. (To keep it in this thread too!)

Any hints as to whether this is xDrive or am I hoping too much?

Some rumors i heard:

- Xdrive
- No Manual Gearbox
- Nearly 50kg less
- New Lightweight wheels
- 520hp

Looking more and more intresting if true!
Anything to substantiate these? Or is that just info from the usual web based sources?

By the way they talk about the M2 as a concept in general. Don't think they will add xDrive. Kind of defeats the point about weight reduction.

Just infos i heard don't hold on it until official infos of course.

Nothing is 100% sure but very possible.

Lol. Most powerful for now. There will likely be another 15-30hp bump in 3 years.

Not CS, but can't find a normal M2 thread, so posting here.

I don't care for the M2s front or rear, but recently saw one in matte gray at the dealer and those hips in matte gray is some hardcore car porn.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
