X3/X4 2024 BMW X3

All is good when you see them iDrive rotary ....to date only the X1 doesn’t have it and I don’t understand why.

Evolutionary as expected. Not a bad thing. Over a million customers since the introduction of the first X3 E83 in 2003 wouldn’t have it any other way. I wonder if this is going to be the first Mexican assembled X3?

That’s all they’ve sold?!? I see the B segment crossovers all over… I would think that China/ US themselves would consume around 2 million in that time…. surprising

I think the X3 40d xDrive (B57) is likely to be a direct competitor to the upcoming GLC 400 d 4MATIC (OM656).

Update: 2025 BMW X3 Unlikely to Offer M50e Version Alongside M50

According to a BMW insider, the next-generation X3 is rumored to get a plug-in hybrid M Performance version with the X3 M50e xDrive moniker.

The M50e will be coexisting with the M50 which feels like a underwhelming model setup for this upcoming generation.

With the X1 being so handsome, this should be a looker. BMW's SUV line up is far more palatable than the sedan and coupe line up.

BMW's latest rim designs are mostly on point. Also, I have noticed that the headlight graphics are somewhat an evolution from the G01 and G02 LCI instead of adopting the U11's daylight layouts.
