Another render showing the rear. Rear lights are similar to the X5 LCI.
Thanks. Since the quality of the photo was poor, I thought the kidney grilles were closed.Hayır ama iX3 ile yakın görsel yakınlığı görebilirsiniz. iX3, bağımsız bir X4 Activity Coupe'nin yanı sıra iX3M'yi de içeren tam paketi alır.
X3M olmayacak.
You mean 2weeks for the official debut? What about the date to be on sale? I'm looking forward to go to the dealer to check out and take a test drive.Under 2 weeks.
In Germany? The last quarter of the year. US might be earlier? You mean 2weeks for the official debut? What about the date to be on sale? I'm looking forward to go to the dealer to check out and take a test drive.
I thought some time in August? It should be on sell in the States by Dec of this year.
@Big Sam, thanks, I'm looking forward to see it at the dealer in August. Let's see how much they will charge for the base model. The X3 is definitely later this month, and so is the M5.
@klier, it would be my 1st BMW if I get it. I have to check it out thoroughly. Nowadays, car price is so high. I assume one has to pay at least $60K out of the door for a basic X3.Probably around as much as the previous gen 7er.
The new 1er costs as much as an F10 5er was when new, so......
The price hike is unbelievable
Correct. I remember when I was finishing school in 2008-2009 you would see BMW advertising the 118d with the M pack for €25k.Probably around as much as the previous gen 7er.

I remember just over 20 years ago the first ever 1er. The E87. Its surfacing still stands strong today especially with broad wheel arches being formed by the curved flank line. Truly one of Bangles greats.Correct. I remember when I was finishing school in 2008-2009 you would see BMW advertising the 118d with the M pack for €25k.
There has been a 50% price increase in cars in the last 15 years.

It’s the real deal. But shot through a Potato.M Sport:
It seems that the days when new releases were leaked weeks or months before, are over.
It seems that the days when new releases were leaked weeks or months before, are over. Similar with 1-series recently. Has BMW improved on confidentiality policies or just because these models are not built in China, which is notorious for leaks?
Great impressions, as you have done with other recent BMWs.The new X3 (G45) looks to be more than just an evolution of the G01. The overall shape might be similar, but the proportions are changed. Just like in the case of newer models, there seems that designers have added more vertical height, visible when the car is looked at from its sides. The general silhouette seems to have been inspired by the lines of the X1.
While the headlights do look good and feel fresh, the new tail lamps will take some time to visually digest. The new grille pattern seems fine on the G45, as opposed to F70, for instance. The matrix LED headlights will contain a single light projecting unit, whereas the usual DRL strive to help front fascia look like a proper, four-eyed BMW.
Inside, there are some new & interesting materials. As well, the lighting will be even more impressive. The door panels have an interesting surfacing as well, with some touch-capacitive controls for the door panel-installed air vents and seats, also adorned by X3 logos. However, there are no more galvanized buttons/controls (not even as an option). There’s a bit too much tack black plastic all over - window controls, lower part of the doors and dashboard. For instance, the door openers look just appalling.
Other than this, the new nomenclature is further applied here as well. We have X330e xDrive, X320 xDrive & X3 M50 xDrive. When the badge appears on the cars, the 30e or 20 suffices appear written in smaller font compared to the X3 main particle. However, the xDrive badge seems to have been deleted from appearing on the car, in line w/ latest emblem trend, irrespective of the traction setup. So, when badged, you’ll only see X330e or X320 badges placed on the right-hand side of the trunk door. In case if the X3 M50, the placement of the badges is on both sides of the trunk, just like on today’s X3 M40i.
All in all, the new X3 will start some debates among the fierce BMW aficionados, but nonetheless, it feels correctly executed, albeit feeling a bit un-BMW at times. However, there’s a need of more fresh air and NK can’t come soon enough.
