I'm all for it. List prices for cars are increasing at an alarming rate. I would rather pay for a heavy facelift at currents prices rather than 15-20% more for a "new" car that don't have a major impact on my day to day driving. It looks like a LCI F40.
Buy an Impreza WRC (which is almost as you describe), otherwise you'll get bored waitingWe need a rear wheel drive M hatchback. Wide fenders lsd en a 4 cil M engine with 340hp.
this actually looks good with a shorter overhang
Yummy yummy RWD proportions. Unrealistic but still fun to look at.
That’s why they moved it to FWD.Having owned at least one half of that render, nope. Rubbish space in the boot and terrible rear seat access.

Not better? Not sure a Golf, an A3 or an A-Class are any better. Based on the reviews I read, the BMW has the best engines and best interior quality.I've never had a problem with that move based on my 1-series ownership experience.
Shame they made it a bit uglier and not better than it's competitors, but it is what it is.
The E87 and F20 where in a class of its own with its RWD architecture. Funny enough it is 19 years this month when BMW introduced the first 1er. The E87 Sporthatch. Now we have the F40 with its FWD architecture. Progress? Not better? Not sure a Golf, an A3 or an A-Class are any better. Nope. Just stupid customers. The first 1er was just much better than the current one.The E87 and F20 where in a class of its own with its RWD architecture. I would like to know if the sales changed, comparatively the best full years of both RWDs against those of the FWD, being that when they asked people if they would notice the change it was a resounding "nobody cares", for which everything was focused in making the FWD platform more productive......The E87 and F20 where in a class of its own with its RWD architecture.
